Picpoul de Pinet

Bright yellow color. Fragrant aromas of citrus fruit, orchard fruit, white flowers and wet stones. Flavors of lemon/lime, minerals and white pepper spice. Medium length, but very salty (in a good way) finish. Loads of acidity. Crisp, fresh and clean. Light bodied and refreshing. Simple and not overly complex. A nice complement to many kinds of food, or an excellent porch sipping option on a hot summer day. Great Sauvignon Blanc alternative and an outstanding value!
