Feb 3rd, 20182015. Medium color, aromas and body. Flavorful wine that went well with cheeses, rib roast and lobster tails. A good deal from Whole Foods.

Dec 18th, 20172015 opened Oct 2017. Raspberries and cherries on the nose. Not much happening on the front of the palate, except for a little tartness. (From the nose, which is fantastic when you open up the bottle, I was expecting more fruit up front.) Nice medium bodied tannins the rest of the way down make this a lovely wine — but not a great wine. Perhaps it will evolve in a few more years into something greater, but it doesn't seem to have the tannic complexity to be a long term gem. Perhaps I'll be proved wrong..,
