Oct 8th, 2019Violets is right. Super soft cork, very violet on the nose but especially the palate. Well structured Syrah. A little milk chocolate, blueberry, a ton of violet, field flowers, lavender. Dried rosemary and thyme. Extracted and delicious. Bold.
