I can’t find any information about how this particular wine was made and im curious because this was one the best and most unique wines I’ve had in a while. Really fing good. I’ve had several of his other offerings which are great, but this was a big step up. I know from my shop over that this is biodynamic or at least trending that way and got some extended skin contact. Gorgeous.

Pink starburst, melon, lychee. Holy crap. One of those wines I’ll dream about. Such a floral bouquet, lovely tannins.

Late post from early Dec. Loved this wine from Mathieu Deiss. 50-50 blend of Gewurtztraminer and Pinot Gris, each raised in amphora for 6 months.
