I remember falling in love with Timorasso the first time I tried it a few years ago, and the story behind it. How the producer had grubbed out some acres of Cortese which makes the ubiquitous Gavi to produce the luscious, delicious, complex Timorasso. Pear being the overriding descriptor. Good value as well, when bought in Italy.

Deep color, a touch of pear, yellow peach and lemon cream. Crisp, vibrant, some nice minerality, long, nice texture -‘d freshness. Really interesting.
