Jubilation le Pallet Muscadet de Sèvre-et-Maine Melon de Bourgogne

Second take in 2 weeks. Prior notes still apply. We had it along with grilled white tuna. Great pairing.

Probably the best muscadet I've had so far. Lemon, chalk, some yeasty notes too. The palate is very well done with a great acid drive, some chalky mouthfeel, some lemony notes, a grain that stays on the tongue for a long while. Exquisite!
