No notes, first wine of tonight's theme of blind tasting (which is still not known by the guests) which is south western france wines.
This is a great Gaillac with some structure and tannins. It would be holding its ground super well against a fat duck breast, which is good news because it's what we will eat later on (though that bottle won't stand that long).
