Sole di Surrau Passito Isola dei Nuraghi Vermentino

I prefer softer dessert wine. This one has high alcohol (15%) and a bit hard to combine with dessert. I think it would work with certain cheese, but hardly with sweet desserts. A really good wine. Only that I should have had it with cheese.
