Sincaru Cannonau di Sardegna

Hints of black pepper and spices, with notes of dark plums, an excellent paring with cheese, and prosciutto.

Dusty black fruit with intertwined stony earthy mineral quality. Medium tannins and body. Great with Lebanese food.

I generally love wines from Sardinia, I like this but not over the moon. I little too inky for my taste.
