Great way to start a ridiculously amazing meal that felt as if we were in Tuscany.

Fresco, frutto but too sweet for my taste. It was easy to drink, could be dangerous.

Vino da mille frutti, ma il migliore, la fica.

Thought I'd try an Italian white to see what @Jennifer was talking about, refreshing juice.

Crisp with great acidity.

Bright and dry. Bitter greens, peach, saline, grapefruit pith. Complex, delicious. Excellent with shrimp.
