Pretty dry and acidic. Dried herbs with spicy fruit. Interesting. Never had a Sangiovese from Umbria. If I ate meat would be good with MR steak.

The first taste you get from this Sangiovese is butter. Very smooth and oaky. Decent but nothing stellar.
