Apr 6th, 2020Not too zesty, which is what I wished for... So was missing some verve for me. But the rich texture paired well with food but I really wished for some more intense terpene/pyrazine character.

A light, dry wine that is easy to drink without food. Not something I would drink with meat but would be lovely with cheese or salty snacks.
