Round is the best word I can use to describe this wine. The fruit was ripe, without being flabby, the tannins were completely integrated into the wine and the aromas of cherry and raspberry made it a pleasurable quaffer. Drink now before it goes past the point of no return.

A nice simple wine, perfect at the end of a long week. We paired it with bulgogi beef and rice, and it popped the spices well. It would be equally good with a bbq'd burger with goat cheese or blue cheese.
