ctic fermentation, the wine is moved into French oak barrels and oak cask for 16 months.

14% abv.

The wine is held in stainless steel tanks for 2 months before bottling. Unfiltered. Still in the oak presence but more floral and bit more elegant than la crena. La crena is more thick paste version of fruit but this is more elegant version .elegant floral and touch of violet on the nose but still have touch of brq and vanilla. Med p body, med p acid,(body is more lighyer than la crena). More acidic and smoother and lighter than la crena but still fattier than other barbera. Pizza with spice sauage wine. Less wood tannin on this as well. 18
