Pale yellow, almost viscous in the glass. I get pineapple on the nose , cherry blossom, lemongrass and parsleyThe texture is smooth and sumptuous. Dried apricot, lemon, basil, coriander on the palate. I wasn’t even in the mood to drink white wine tonight but I am now. This is beautiful and I’ve never tasted anything like it.
