Pretty nose of ripe citrus fruits, spices, walnuts, light dried fruits, yellow and red apples, earth, light vanilla and herbs.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Very dry on the palate with limes, light vanilla, spices, over ripened apples, almonds and caramel.
Long finish with limes and light almonds.
This 10 year old Verdejo from Castilla Y Leon in Spain is drinking beautifully now. Elegant and rich.
Showing nice complexity with a great mouthfeel. Soft, round and smooth. Loved the nose even more than the palate.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 20 minutes of airtime. Better when not too cold.
A delicious aged white wine. Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years.
A tiny production of only 787 bottles. Organic.
