Sannio Fiano

Green apple skin, smell of melon (watermelon rind?) and a hint of earthy herb (oregano?). Finishes clean. Recommendations said it would pair well with grilled chicken, but it did not go with our dry-rub spiced chicken thighs and mixed greens salad. This wine is bright, great for sipping, but probably too sweet for much savory dinner pairing.
