Voladeroz Sierras de Málaga Pedro Ximènez

Tasted alongside the 2017 Monticara. This wine was made to sip by the poolside and preferably without any acoutrement. Sharp acidity at the front, with lemon and kiwi with hint of tangerine. Finishes very abruptly. Would probably go very well with fruits, but I think lots of other fare would dominate this wine and completely push it off the palate. Nice wine for the summertime.
