Smells like rich dried fruits. Flavor is classic Lodi old vine Zin. Pretty ‘hot’ aka hi I’m high alcohol. Spicy and chewy too. Mocha maybe. Very fruit bombed. But has plenty of structure too. Not the greatest ever, but for a G.O. find I’ll take it fo sure.

Blackcurrant, raspberry, vanilla, coffee, Coco powder. Big splash of fruit, smoke and oak that mellows out quickly. One of the fuller and firmer Zins I've had in a while.

Leaning toward the bottle being tainted. Closed off, no depth or profile. Will need to look for another bottle to try.

Thought it was really good for the price! I love more bolder, peppery wines so this one was great with a good mix of fruity and smoky. Good choice for easy dinner wine.
