Light and vegetal. A nice peppery tannin to give it some life. Good acid for pairing with the weeknight spaghetti dinner your mom used to make after working all day.

This Barbera has the right amount of minerality and baking spices to keep the palate jumping. The fruit-forward nose along with its almost pepper-like aromas kept me intrigued...and drinking. Excellent for the price.

Very light and fruity. Also tannic, which worked well with our pasta dish!

Not as leathery, earthy as I prefer for a Barbera d'Alba, very tannic in comparison as well. Great with rich meat sauce.

Very light bodied. This one is more transparent than Pinot. Not close to the quality of many other DOC Barbera d'alba we've had in past.
