So smooth! Like a warm, melty chocolate bar made of grapes. (Which isn’t a thing but if it was this would be that.) One of my favorite reds from the Dry Farms boxes to date. Fruity enough to drink on a hot summer evening; strong enough to hold its own with a spicy or meaty meal.

Dark berries, mushroom, slight mildew, very slight watermelon mixed with Gooseberry. Light wine and low alcohol that makes it enjoyable but the earthy textures tend to out weigh the fruit in mid palate.
