Very Spanish.

Dry, dried pit fruit notes
, some alcohol heat. Great mouth feel, long finish dissolves into minerals and pepper

crisp. citric. balanced. good with charred octopus.

So much going on here, slight oxidation, almond and honey notes but with no signs of sweetness. Great acidity and just a hint of bitterness, like it was possibly fermented on the skins for a very short period of time (I don't know if it was just had the mouthfeel similar to that). Very nice wine, not for everyone, but had lots going on
