Mid to deep lemon in colour with a tinge of gold - fully mature Chardonnay colour. Notes of Cashew and white peach. Fully mature on the medium bodied palate with great persistence - some salinity. Very little acid left to carry future development. Drinking and enjoying my last one at the right time. Always in the conversation when talking about Australia’s best Chardonnays.

Pale to mid gold. Citrus/Grapefruit aromas with Cereal/Mealy Notes. Amazing intensity of flavour with Stonefruit and totally integrated French Oak on the palate. Went to Margaret River in Christmas 2011 and felt this was the best of the 2009 Chardonnays we tasted. That is borne out 5+ years down the track. A top quality Chardonnay by any measure.

One of the top 3 or 4 Chardonnays in Margaret River IMO. Notes of stone fruit with a creamy mouth feel - acid cut at finish. Great with food. 17+.
