Interesting, a little funk. Kinda tastes like the ground, not dirt and not cement but somewhere in between. Glad I drank it but prob won’t buy it again.

Jan 20th, 2018On the nose there’s dried fruit & honey, yet the palate offers completely different notes of saline & savory flavors. There’s definitely texture, but the tannins are well integrated resulting in an entirely different mouthfeel than most skin contact whites. Would make for an outstanding pairing with a myriad of foods!
