Dry rose from vines to the north of Provence and a little pinker than the classic Provence pale. Not much to the nose. Clean and smooth strawberry taste with some raspberry. Noticeable acidity (juicy) which I think means it is better drunk with food (and it can hold its own against lighter meat dishes). Nice enough but lacks finesse and not what I would point people towards if they are after a classic Provence rose.

Great example of the traditional Provençal rose. Dry, pale, full of summer berries and oh so drinkable!
