A surprisingly delicate & joyful (declassed) Cahors from old vine Malbec aged in clay & concrete.
Blue fruit on the forefront with huckleberries, blueberries, a touch of blackberry. But there’s a darker, earthier undertone with turned earth, toast & blood .
On the palate it’s smooth & juicy with the tannins polished, juicy & not rustic at all.
Nice depth & energy and great drinkability!
Even better on day 2 with the purity of the fruit shining! Very, very food friendly and dangerously drinkable! A joyful discovery!

Good concentration, dark fruits, balanced acidity with slightly coarse tannins.
