Reddish brown to the naked eye with harsh smells of leather, dried oregano and some animal fat in there. An explosion of dried dark fruit on the fore pallet: figs, raisins, dates. Not much of a transition, but a quick silky dry finish. Medium, almost full bodied wine, low alcohol with lack of structure but nonetheless risqué! A unique expression of Syrah from atop of the end the world.
