Beautifully clear with large bubbles. A nose of apples and pears and sweet fruit. Strong taste of green apple with a powerful fizz. Absolutely fantastic on a warm day and with sweeter cheeses.

Sep 7th, 2017I was happy to drink this wine a few times over a few days and was super happy with how well the bubbles held up. A nice dryness to it which made it easy to drink with acidic foods and all on its own.
