So Ulises is obviously well known for his farming and vineyard tending. Mark Aubert consults on his private label wines, and this is a blend of many of Aubert’s chard sites. Toasted popcorn kernel, excellent acidity, lemon tart, and a mango-banana finish. A QPR monster at $35/bottle.

Really liked, very nicely balanced. There was almost an orange peel and some type of herb in the mid palate, that kept me thinking.
