Full bodied and buttery with medium minus acidity.
Dry on the palate with limes, grapefruits, citrus, cream, bitter herbs and white pepper.
Short finish with bitter almonds.
This Pinot Grigio is past its peak. Drinkable, but very plain with a light mid palate. Better with food, not a sipping wine.
I paired it with a light lunch and the pool.

A little dry, acidic, slightly oaky, tastes like? I'm not sure... Someone mentioned straw but I don't remember what straw tastes like.
