Very smooth, nice wine. Goes great with seafood and oysters. Requires some time to breathe and goes very lightly. I would say, it is a funky easy going wine

A surprisingly smooth Sau Blanc that is refreshing and definitely enjoyable. Complete with notes of lime and melon, it might be my new lower-end favorite.

Great deal for a great wine. Happy middle between extremes of dry and sweet yet gives your palate a hint of many great flavors from both sides of the scale.
