Reminds of the first time we visited Virginia wineries and had our first Viognier ! Unique. Can’t be compared to other wines as it is it’s own varietal grape. Virgini weather is perfect for growing the Viognier and is putting the wine on the shelves, introducing people to a unique and delicious white wine. Aromas of honeysuckle, minerality and stone fruit on the nose. On the palate it pulls on the tongue with a balanced acidity with a slight stone fruit lingering flavor. A definite viognier! Great representation of this up@and coming wine!
