Smooth, slightly buttery, slightly oaky, pineapple - not super ripe, refreshing stand alone wine, cuts through fat nicely - colby jack cheese, cheese mellows it out quite a bit, green apples - not quite ripe, not really feeling the butterscotch or baking spices notes like the bottle said.

Nose: no flaws, youthful, medium intensity, medium alcohol, lime, apple, pear, floral white, honeydew, honeysuckle, low oak, medium complexity
Palate: off-dry, medium body, medium+ alcohol, same as nose as far as fruit, low tannins, medium acidity, balanced, medium finish
