When we talk about wines of the summer, this has to be high on the list. A rather lovely and unique orange hue. The nose is ridiculous with orange slices (of course), peaches, and lychee. Rose petals and ginger along with all manners of citrus fruits. The floral aromas are vivid and this whole thing is just oh so right.
Delicious and utterly delightful. 40 days on skin, more full bodied than expected and extremely lively. Fruity as all get out but not sweet or cloying whatsoever. Zippy and refreshing on the palate with plenty of citrus and a bit of yeast. I could drink this anytime.
