Hints of asparagus on the nose. Tart on the tongue. But smooth finish on a beautiful summer evening.

This is a very unusual wine. Dry with some tart funk. Kind of needs to be drunk to be understood.

Asparagus smell, super drinkable and bright with mild tart, like a really good sour apple candy. Not sweet without being too dry, really good

Tangy! Both in smell and taste. Slightly tart with a smooth finish. Would definitely buy again!
