Crisp, mineral, so well balanced with a long taste. A perfect wine for an indulgent day with my wife.

Burst of Green Apple and smells citrusy but without the sharpness. Easy to drink and relatively light, not too complicated.

Chalk-stone nose with stone dust and a background of citrus zest. Substantially less yellow/gold in colour than any Chablis I can remember. Hard edge of powdered stone minerality gives an initially austere then nervey thread. The lemon/Apple fruit pokes through in between the two. The finish sits in the sinuses as well as the palette.
