@Chris Cottrell thanks for sending me this fine bottle. Excellent example of the what can be produce from the Alder Vineyard. Love the delicate bubbles, so light. I get a sweet red berry, smoke and a creamy texture. Hints of clove and fruitcake make this finish one to remember. Wonderful.

First time drinking this & was worried I shd have waited a year or so to open but wow totally pleasing & ready to drink now!! Orchard fruit & hay & toast. Yum! I did save 1 bottle for down the road!
