Burgenland Grauer Burgunder

A year after I had my last taste of this. It’s crisp and with mineral depth. Melon and a hint of underripe papaya.

Dry, unripened strawberries, a muted tartness into its finish.

Crisp, full-bodied Austrian white, with smooth minerality, served with Korean barbecue in Toronto

Mild and mineraly with lots of herbs and spices. Great to go along with the smoked salmon.
