Opened it one day and it was so tight I left it for 2nd day. Dark, concentrated briary black fruit. Love it!

Black cherries, chocolate on the nose. Fruit and some heat on the palate. Great pairing with lamb chops. Fabulous Norm McKibben grapes!

Need some time to breathe but it's starting out delicious. Lots of fiery cherry and a little bite on the backend. Should pair well with my bone-I. Rib-eye
