Great with Japanese food. It contains 15% alcohol by volume but tastes stronger.

I've never been a fan of plum sake or other sweet varieties. This cucumber infused choice was an impulse buy. But I have to say, served chilled, this was a pleasant bottle. The flavor masked the sake quality, so I'm not sure what it's grade was; however, it lacked a metallic flavor. It almost tasted like a sake cucumber martini. For less than $10, this is worth a repeat buy. Cheers!!

Great cold crisp cucumber sake to be enjoyed with your sashimi. Sweet summertime.
