Tart, crisp, mineral, effervescent. Apples, and slate. Clean acidic finish that lingers, but not quite long enough... Though, a great alternative for someone who doesn't put back many bubbles.

Honeysuckle and a sense chalkiness on the nose (reminds me of childhood memory-the Fun Dip stick, not the powder 😜) ...on the palate -key lime, slight salinity and a nice effervescent.
