Ate with hamachi crudo. Lightly effervescent. Went well with subtlety of the tuna

Lovely wine from the Basque region in Spain. Visited this winery in June - what a delight. Just like the wine. Crisp, hint of bubbles., melon, grapefruit. Great with spicy food. Just what we need for this hot California summer.
