Cinnamon, graham cracker, ripe cherry and strawberry, some light plum notes, cumin, black pepper, vanilla. On the palate, the entry is rich and creamy with solid weight until mid-palate where the wine leans up, soft, spotty tingle of carbonation adds depth, tart with good acid in the finish. Delicious. 3.5
