Interesting with a medium copper-y orange color. Nose combines lychee/tropical note and the slightly musky scent of steeped oolong tea. Not as tannic/astringent as I expected (hoped?) with Thanksgiving feast. Felt a bit soft, but on day two plenty of acid present...
Unique and original American wine. Worth a taste.

Awesome dry Gewürz project. Powerful aromatics with maceration character showing. Well done @Graham Whye
