May 5th, 2019Blind, on the nose I'd first start thinking about Amaro and Chinato. Beutifully herbal and spicy aronatics. The palate isn't AS complex but it's a tasty wine. This is Pinot from Tasmania co-fermented with Ries and Gwrz skins!!! Found it in a wine shop in Sydney and had to try it. Fun wine for sure.
