Fruit and chocolate and some fancy acidity. This is sit back and relax wine! Great stuff!

Rich, dense, dry and spicy dark fruit extracts with notes of cedar and graphite. Would have scored it in the high nines if it had just a bit more depth and finish. Really good wine from friendly people at Two Hands.

Ahhhh. Finally. This wine was awesome. Deep dark complex cherry in balance with soft tannins and a soothing finish. Decent acidity to allow all the flavors to express. Full concert! We postponed our bbq paired dinner because we wanted to just enjoy sipping the wine. And when the bottle empties too fast, you know you got a good one!

Thinking 🤔. Yes! Awesome!!
It took a bit for it to open up as it started rather tight but gained depth and strength and became this spicy, cheek tickling Shiraz with an addictively lingering finish. Dark cherry, floral spices and earthy notes.

A sweet jam bomb. It tasted like a cheap port. Overruling sweetness, no tannin complexity, no scorched earth, no minerals. Sooo disappointed. I am baffled 😕 the 2012 we scored 9.7 and 9.8!! What happened??

Fantastic Shiraz, so much flavour on the nose and in the glass. Berries, coffee, leather, vanilla and sweet smoky peppers. Exactly what Australian Shiraz should be and from a great vintage. Enjoy!

Holy smokes! What a wine. Rich, endless levels of alternating dark and red fruit. Well structured to guide you to a perfect, lingering finish. And the lamb burger on a brioche bun with a salsa of beets oranges and onions marinated in lemon, honey and olive oil. And.....drum roll, authentic Lamb Weston Alexia sweet potato fries and a touch of chipotle mustard. Did I just die and went to heaven?

Liquid jam from the hills of Barossa flowing in Idaho. Rich, sour cherry dry blue berry jam with a dry back bone carrying to a great finish. Signature Shiraz aroma. Mmm, mmm, mmm! (That was Tammy!).

Shiraz at its best! Deep, decadent, dangerous. Rich, robust, ridiculously good (that was Tammy 😄)
