Pale lemon in color with a yellow tint.
Strong Nose of green apples, citrus, grapefruits, gooseberry, spices, minerals and white pepper.
Medium in body with medium plus acidity, crisp and refreshing.
Dry on the palate with citrus, green apples, grapefruits, bitter herbs, almonds, vegetables and black pepper.
Medium plus in finish with limes and bitter almonds.
This is a simple Chenin Blanc from South Africa. Feels very much like an old world Sauvignon Blanc.
Needs to be very chilled and better after 20 minutes of airtime. A good food wine and good to sip by the pool.
I paired it with Brie cheese and crackers by the pool.

Bonne acidité au début mais la finale est un peu trop sucrée à mon goût. Grosse présence de pomme verte. Très bon vin qualité/prix de patio, je vais probablement en garder quelques-uns en réserve pour les journées chaudes! Ceux qui ont mis en bas de 7,5 sont vraiment très critique!
