Ripe and heavily influenced by its barrel upbringing. I think this has potential but it just needs time to sort itself out

All star stuff. This Rhône style wine shows restraint. Impeccably balaned and focused not blousy at all. It is dedicated to purity. So nice!

Some serious Juice from Paso,
Definitely not an Austin Hope fruit bomb 💣 thankfully. Buy it if you can find it. Give it 3-4 hours of air. This reminds me of Stanleys Syrah at TOP Winery
Jeb 💯 review as follows

Based on 92% Syrah, 6% Mourvèdre, and 2% Grenache that was brought up in 90% new oak, it offers an incredible, meaty, smoky, deep, and concentrated style as well pure black fruits, violets, and peppery aromas and flavors. With ultra-fine tannins, full-bodied richness, and that rare mix of power and elegance, Central Coast Syrah (or red wine, for that matter) doesn’t get any better. Give bottles 2-3 years, count yourself lucky, and enjoy over the following 10-12+ years.

Surprising balance given the ripeness and barrel influence. Solid but missing some varietal character.

2016 Vintage. 15.4% Alcohol. In this vintage a blend of 90% Syrah, 6% Grenache, and 4% Mourvèdre. Not as good as other G2 producers.

Better than my first bottle in December,
More Washington than paso.
Again not a blend, 100% Syrah
Its like a Washington Syrah mixed with a Pax Sonoma Hill Side
