15.2 percent alc? Never would have guessed it. Perhaps the best older Turley I've had from this era. Too bad Biale gets the fruit from this vineyard now.

Who says California wines don't age?!?!? Opened and let rest for about an hour. Smells of dank cedar and spice. Brick colored on the edges of the glass, showing its coming to the end of its time. Smooth and mellow with finesse. Reminds me of a port wine yet ends with a spicy finish. Fun to have with friends. Drink now as the end is near...

This wine for 55 bucks vs. almost anything else in the world for 55 bucks. Seriously? Insane. 16+years old. Tons of fruit. Still a bit of tannin. Working together perfectly. Inky black and smooth
