Godsend of weekend - bottle of dry white by Château Sarkel, maturated in oak barriques.
Amber to golden colour refers to unbelievable blend of Aligote, Rkatsiteli and Chardonnay.
Feijoa, pomelo, quince, jasmine on the nose.
Tangerine peels, ginger honey, carambola, almond hints are main components of palate mosaics.
Zesty acidity on the finish, with green apple and green olives. Slightly buttery, persistent wine with it's own character. Must-try one! Especially with roasted halibut in herbs, olive oil and lime.
